  • Shared Breath:Ā Visualize a reciprocal relationship with nature, where the oxygen you breathe in is provided by plants, and the carbon dioxide you breathe out is taken in by them.
  • Grounding:Ā Feel the physical connection of your body to the ground, fostering a sense of being supported and rooted.
