Here are 5 steps to achieve a more balanced life:
  1. Prioritize and Protect Your Time (Reduce Distractions)
    • Identify and eliminate non-value-adding activities, such as excessive social media consumption or television.
    • Set strict boundaries between work and personal life to reduce stress and increase feelings of joy.
